Default My Bolton GTO dyno results...

Finally tuned the car this weekend

Don did all the trans tuning for me weeks ago and it has been perfect
Thanks Slowhawk,car shifts beautifully

I was at Injection-Connection fiddling around on Sat night so Chris and Dale said, lets throw your car on the dyno and I jumped at the chance just to see how much my bolton GTO would pull...

Mods
06 GTO A4
VIG 3200
TG shift kit
Pacesetters
HF cat pipes (Home made)
Magnaflow Cb
KN Cai

Results were:
SAE Corrected
365RWHP
368RWTQ

Not bad for a bolton 06 GTO and right inline with most bolton GTO's over on the goat board...I was happy,It peaked at 6100 and we reset the shift points at 6300....

Car feels awesome..
I'm throwing on the bigs/littles this weekend and going over to Atco
I wanna see if I can EEK out a ?????

Next up is the Comp XER 224-230 cam
I will be adding a Fast intake to the car too.
Stay tuned

Big fan of the Vig 3200....mine always behaved like a 3600. What gear are you pulling? Raceweight? My guess is: 12.05...if you're 3600lbs. or less...WJ

Oh,,read the post again and couldn't see where it said 3.46's, but at 3800 raceweight, I'll say low 12.30's, w/fairly treated track and a respectable rear tire. Any rear suspension mods? WJ

Well, 12.80 to 12.30 a full 1/2 second jump, which is big, esp. for 3800 raceweight. I hope you have good track prep and weather. What rear tire are you running, and any front/rear suspension mods? Anyhow, I wish you good luck.....Atco should be fast if they prep it at all. WJ

Very respectable numbers. I'm guessing a 12.28. I would think that the converter and tires should help you cut 0.3-0.4 off your 60' time. Best of luck.

When I made about 375, I ran an 12 flat w/ a 3500 stall 1.7-1.75 60". 12.2 is a pretty good guess, even with the big and littles I would say.

Awesome numbers. Looks like the only external bolt-ons you're missing besides the FAST is a ported throttle body and an underdrive pulley.

Ported TB on a LS2?
The 90MM is more than enough for me,I have seen bad results from PTB on worked LS2's

Fast in comming and I might put it on now before the cam to see if its worth power?
I could do the pulley now too but I figured I'll wait until the cam?

Not sure how the GTO's react, but w/both my Camaros, a little rear, and even less front suspension work was worth better than 2/10th's... UR running the radial M/T's, correct? Hope you prove my 12.30's prediction to be wrong, but it might need a little diet. WJ

Very nice numbers through the auto. I made 363/358 SAE with a M6 with just a CAI and tune, gotta love the LS2s.

The FAST will pickup big power on even a stock LS2, our intakes are that shitty.
