Default how do you remove divider in ramair hood?

Short of knocking out the grill how do you remove that divider? I want to make it a better ramair. Sealing up the airbox to the hood as i type

If you're talking about the baffles then you need to drill out the rivets first on the underside, then you can pull them out (they have some glue on them).
