Default Anyone know what a defective exhaust ticket costs in MA

Once I get my car running I am planning on driving it to the exhaust shop on open longtubes. (about a 20 minute drive mostly highway) It costs me 120$ between the uhaul truck and the uahul trailer for the trip and I figured **** it.. for that money I'll take my chances with the exhaust ticket.. I figure if I have all the exhaust tubing in the back and tell them I'm headed to the exhaust shop to have them fabricate the exhaust that the cop may cut me a break or I can fight it in court.. But before I do it I wanna know if anyone knows what a modified/defective exhaust ticket costs. It is more likely the risk, and running on open headers for my first drive in the car will be awsome

I don't know what the ticket cost but make sure it isn't a surcharge too. You don't want to be paying for it for the next four years.

If it's a new motor I'd be more worried about loading the motor up from the screwed up 02 readings.
