Default trying to pass inspection in MA, 98 formula

OK so i went in to get my car a sticker a few days after i bought it. All went well until the inspector hooked the car up to the computer. My cars OBD was not communicating with the inspection computer, so i got an automatic fail. He and a few others told me that it might just be that the car needs to go through some drive cycles in order to gather the necassary data to read properly.

So a month has went by and yesterday i made an effort to follow the GM drive cycle (http://www.obdii.com/drivecycle.html) through twice and then went to try again.

This time it went a lot better than it had before... On the first inspection i had failed with:
overall readiness NOT READY
Heated Catalynic Converters NOT READY
Evaporative System NOT READY
A/C Refrigerant NOT READY

Unfortunately i still didnt pass. This time I failed with this:
Catalyst NOT SUPPORTED
Heated Catalyst NOT COMPLETE
A/C Sys Refrigerant NOT COMPLETE
And to top it all off i got a code as well, P0108 MAP/Baro Circuit High Input

Now having done some reading, Im thinking that maby the catalyst stuff should clear itself out no problem with a few more drive cycles. So that leaves me with the A/C sys and the code.

This is where i start to get a bit confused, because, i dont even have an AC. I would imagine that is why the system cant diagnose it, but I have absolutely no AC equipment on my car, no condensor, no compressor, etc. Since I dont have any AC stuff on my car, can i get this waivered some how? It seems pretty rediculous to me that my car is failing for something that it doesnt even have.

And does anyone have any ideas about that code?

I just want to get my car legal in the next week or two

thanks,

SM

I never would have thought it was necassary to pass either, but what the hell?!

As for slowhawk, i already sent him a PM introducing myself, im 99% sure that he actually already has tuned my car once for the PO. Ill shoot the question his way pretty soon.
