Heads up index returns to E-town Sep 20
The heads-up index classes make their return to Raceway Park this weekend, Sep 20, 2008 for the evening session with gates opening 3 pm. Would be great to see a full field in all three heads up classes, the 10.0, the 11.00 and the 12.00.
Let me know if you are planning on making it.
Rules and stuff

If you run faster than the index buy 3-4 tenth in the time shots do you get booted for being a sandbagger LOL
If so what else can I run ?

Nah not a problem if ya have to slow it down a little, many in that event have to do the same thing...you should be a really good candidate for the 12.00.

Keegan took his off and he wheelies like 10 feet in the air.
He tried to have the rule lifted for two years.
We can try again for next year if it really is a problem but he is the only one that said anything.
Surely you can tweak it so that that thing does not wheelie so much, can't you?

Have run with the limiters at barely 2" of travel and the front shocks as tight as 7 and she still goes on the bars. That's on the footbrake off idle.
For me it's not worth it to take the chance of putting her on the bumper or tighten her up so much that I get her sideways, that's why I put them in.
Seems kind of weird that they would allow back half cars and any size tire etc. and not allow the wheelie bars. To me it's an accident waiting to happen but that's JMO.
Hopefully next year they'll be allowed.

of course the email address on the site doesn't seem to work so I called and asked them for the email address and the one they gave me doesn't work either.
Edgar, do you know the address that works?

No he has training wheels......
Redgar, Mark has a point they allow everything else, but no bars?
I can see no electronics, but wheelie bars are usually for safety.
Help him out, give him the correct e-mail address.
Do something for the sport would you?
I want to see these guy's down there.
