Welder Needed!
Hey Guys,
I'm hoping someone can help me out.
I'm trying to do the bypass mod on my titanium exhaust for my Corvette, but I can't seem to find anyone that Tig welds with 100% argon in the Tampa area.
Can someone recommend a place? I'm somewhat new to the area and I don't know anyone here yet.
Thanks in advance,
Vincent

Yes when you TIG you always use 100% argon, or Argon/Helium for Aluminum. However when you TIG Titanium you must have a complete inert environment. So you need to weld the piece in a sealed container filled with an inert/noble gas. Typically Argon also
