CHALLENGE:C'Mon &"Line Up@"PBIR"(MOROSO) First Challenge at the "new 1/4 mile" track Today.
Gates Open 11:00am
Qualifying at Noon-4:00 pm
Eliminations 4:00 til done.
CORVETTE / GM / MUSTANG / MOPAR / TRUCK.....Dial-In
TEST 'N TUNE as well.
Cooler weather = More HP & Lower ET's!
so "Have some fun and let's line up!"

Anybody make it out there? Track is real good.
That custom MASPORT Program by DynoDan, and a 28" tall DR for addl. "footprint" really did the trick.
I Drove out and went 5 rounds in the GM Challenge series right to the final. There weren't as many cars in the GM Class as in the Mustangs, Truck, Corvette or Mopar Challenge entries....
I wonder where all the GM & F-body Muscle was today?
But alas Went -.011 Red on a 11.97 dial vs. 12.00 dial in the other lane (was a'74-'76 Camaro). Good Tune up race for next time around.
If you get there at PBIR for the Noon start, you could virtually hot lap your car on time trials if you wanted to.
Nice Turnout of racers, but not alot of people. Economy? Holiday Week?
Anyway, next Challenge series Dec.20th.
Perfect venue for local street F Bodies' etc. to come out and "bring it", for a nice time. Look, you can sleep late, or leave work early, and be done racing by 7:00 pm if you make the later rounds and still make plans for later that Sat. evening.... Or any Saturday raceday.

P.S. Big Thanks to Ed Quinlan for keepin' it all "nicey nice" there today.

Mr Rick, was wondering if this ET is after the headers i sold you or before, ether way the car ran good. Also in your experience is the new track hooking??? I look to be going this Wednesday night.

No header install as of yet. I bought some Flow Tech brand "Race Readies" and all else that is needed for the install. Will do it at some point.
Maybe before the next Challenge on the Dec.20th....
New plugs, 28" M & H DR's and the BBK 80mm TB are the only changes made since my last 1/4 passes at the old Moroso.
Hook up is good, but cleanup after a spill could've been better on that day. Track overall is super, and plenty of room to slow down. Only one turnoff at the very end and now it's to the right. No Air/Water island yet.
The peripherals are still a work in progress, but overall a much better situation then I ever experienced at Moroso. I think they may need more room for rig parking at big events....
What about you? Is your swap done yet?
