Anyone looking for a Room to Rent in Orlando Area I'm looking to keep my WS6 and to do so I will need to offer one of the rooms in my house for rent. I live in Winter Spring (about 15 miles north of Orlando) I'm 26 and basically I'm just looking for someone that is easy going and wants a nice clean house to live in. I have the knowledge and tools to perform just about any mod you can think of and would be more than happy to help and plan mods or projects.
If you are a college student Im about 20 minutes from either UCF, Valencia or Fullsail.
Utilities will be included and I would like to get $600 a month.

I own my house and I can assure you that Im not just trying to fill a extra room to make rent. I either have to get a roomate or sell my Paid off WS6 to keep up with the economy.
