I just finished driving up to the Philly/Jersey area last week. 3000 miles in about 10 days.

I found a lot of cops on I-95 in GA and NC heading both ways......

enjoy the trip

There were no cops to be found on I-95 when I was driving back from GA and had a tire blow out...Changing a tire at 3am is NOT safe lol

Depending on how you're coming in, just before you get to Gainesville, you may pass through Waldo. In Waldo, there are ALWAYS cops running radar, and 1 MPH over the posted speed limit WILL get you a ticket.

Noise isn't really a issue, I lost 5th and 6th gear in SC, no one in the lower three states gave me any grief turning over 3k at 75mph. Just don't do anymore than five over and hit the cruise control. Fair chunk of construction on the lower portion of I-95. It might be in SC, behave in the construction zone! You will see signs, if speeding in a construction zone you could be seeing jail time. I think it was in SC or maybe GA, but it says right on the sign, 30 days.

If you're driving through GA at night, the last 20 miles or so before FL is down to one lane after 7pm.......

Def Be more than carefull in Waldo,Starke and Lawty... Keep an eye on the speed limit signs as the change quickley and they will be watching at every one to make sure... Dont speed up when you see a sign coming up.. Wait untill you get past it.. Thats how they got me for 60 in a 45

Oh yeah I'll second that, same trip I lost 5th and 6th I got hit for 69 in a 55 in Bradford county, right outside Starke. The fines for speeding in FL are ridiculous these days, I was out $191 and then $30 for the traffic school.

Yeah I wasn't amused, the guy is like I got you between the signs, what a *****. I've done 4-5mph over with cruise control since 2003, not one ticket. That guy is a speed trapping ******* in Bradford County. Beware red Impala SS'es!!! You'll know he has you when the 30+ LED's light up, tell me how else a SS with LEDs is in such a small counties budget? Probably writes 50+ tickets a day.
