Blown Posi/Rear... Rebuild OR Get New Rear?
Recently moved down to Miami & just blew my Posi on stock rear w/ 4:10's .. Should I have it pulled apart to just fix whatever it is that snapped or just worth it to replace the entire rear w/ a 12bolt?
WHAT SHOP SHOULD I TAKE IT TO??
Opinions? Thanks,

Ok so I ended up taking the car to "Superior Transmission Center" in Boca (highly recommended by a few people) and they told me my center section needs to be replaced / posi etc..
I think I might just go ahead and get a 12bolt cause they want close to 2,000 for the entire job (including parts/labor) anyway.
Can anyone recommend a place to get a new Moser 12bolt for best price +shipping ?
I was looking at thunder racing but don't know who else sells for good deal.
Thanks guys
(Again... opinions welcome)

close to 2k in parts and labor to fix a 10 bolt?
run, run as fast as you can away from that bullshit.
i also would steer away from a 12 bolt. they are ok, but i would prefer, for basically the same money - a strange S60 or a Moser 9"
many have broken a 12 bolt, myself included

diff paddle?
I never saw that before on any of my diffs. I'm looking at the torsen I took out of my 00 Camaro and I don't have a paddle. What year was that on? Factory torsen?
I worked for a chevy dealer for almost four years and we don't even charge $2,000. What are they doing for $2,000?

just b/c you have ties with a shop doesnt mean you need to run your mouth. anyone who would put 1600-2000 dollars in a 10 bolt is a ******* moron. if you can justify that, then i have some land to sell you up here.
jackass. you can buy entire brand new boltin strange and moser rears for a bit more than 2k.
