Rod's muffler shop out here on 50 by the coast does good work, uses off the shelf bends though if you want mandrel, can get expensive, but good work.
So do any of these places have a mandrel bender? That always seems like its a unicorn, I always get told they are really expensive when I used to search for a exhaust shop, I went with what was local to me and paid for it, even if it was somewhat expensive.
