Whenever I see those I send them an email and say I have cash in hand, where is the car I want to see it tonight. I usually get some BS about payment through either Paypal or they have a special account with eBay so it all "legit." I then send a reply asking if it is some sort of scam and never hear from them again. Can you tell I have too much time on my hands?

its amazing how many bogus ads there are on CL. we have a ton of them in NY. one was 69 chevelle ad, and a 68 camaro ad. a bunch of people got scammed and posted stuff back on CL warning others. someone should moderate that.
