Rebuilding my 10 bolt? What will it cost?
I need to do something about my rearend in my 2000 6 speed SS it's about to die. Of course buying a 12 bolt or something of that nature would be ideal but that's more than I want to spend right now bc I want to get the car painted also.
So I was wondering If some of the local shops around central Florida ei Tampa Orlando daytona or anything close to those that are on the board could send me a price on rebuilding my 10 bolt. New ring and pinion new posi all new bearing basically everything but axels.
Thanks matt
I just don't know all of the different shops that do rear ends so any suggestions work too

if your not worried about putting a lower gear into it then just hit up a junk yard or craigslist and get a used one, Ive rebuild mine 4 times now, and the last time it went I just got one off craigslist for 80$ and swapped it in a day, I feel that if your going to put more then 300$ in it then just go with something besides the 10 bolt
