Not sure about WPB but down in the keys anywhere there's big rock lines along the shore they're always loaded w/ bugs. Haven't been in a few years but we use to be able to limit out in about 30 minutes (7 of us). The trick is to ditch the old school net method and just take the thickest weed wacker line you can find and make it into a noose and clamping it to the end of a stick. You'll be dragging them out 10 to 1 vs the old school methods.
