bad coil?

bad coil? My car has been running like **** so i thought it was the o2 sensor cause i smelt strong gas smell. I pulled the plug from the coils and seeing if the coil would spark while the engine was running they all sparked but plug 7. Would that mean its a bad coil or what would cause it not to spark?
