Tech position open @ Lashway Motorsports
Lashway Motorsports is looking to hire a skilled technician to help with our expanding business and current work load.
Tech must have reliable transportation, and some kind of education in the automotive field. College degree is a plus, but is not a requirement.
Compensation is based primarily on experience and knowledge. LSx knowledge is a HUGE plus.
No over-inflated ego's please - we have enough of that here already (joke).
Send resume to:
Erik@Lashwaymotorsports.com
Will contact you if we would like you to come in for an interview.
Thank you
-Lashway Motorsports

P/T is fine, but likely to turn into a F/T position as we expand.
We've had some P/T guys come through, and it worked well. However, problem with a P/T guy is completing a job from start to finish. One reason our level of quality is so good now is because we changed the way we turn work out. 1 person starts and finishes the job - we never put two people on one job. We tried this back when with some issues in quality control and turnaround time.

HAHAH - you have a DREAM job man, get outta here.
Ok, $500,000 buy in and you can have half.
Thanks a lot brother. We're doing the right things, and experiencing normal growing pains. I like slow and steady, but also know when you move on opportunities as they come up. That's what has gotten us to this point in such short time. One step at a time.
