Redline^, Lashway, Masport, Horsepower Sales, lots of awesome places around here. Can't go wrong with any of those. Only one of those I have personal experience with is Horsepower Sales and they were great. I'm also in Miami and I have a local non big name guy much closer to me and possibly much closer to you as well that I would definitely recommend (in Dade county instead of Broward like all of those mentioned above).

I got to go with the local who tunes with winning results.
Jeremy at Horsepower Sales in Pompano Beach is a real racer with 6 NHRA Wally Awards, most recently having run over 1 second under the national C/SA index of 11.40, with a 10.38 Stock Eliminator LS1, C5.
Figuring they work on and race LSx platform vehicles, and while waiting in the staging lanes at major events, may come across the fastest in the country to bounce tuning ideas of off for so many years, they'd be the logical Go to guy.
Dyno Dan at Masport as well, absolutely a Fantastic LSx tuner, especially if he's available, and closer to where you live.

tuning your not the only one Dan retuned my z after another shop in pompano did mine and it's 100 times better now ,Dan is the man
