SEM makes a couple of different aerosol paint removers for plastic/urethane, marketed as "bumper stripper."

SEM 39913

SEM 77713

If you're not interested in that, look for someone who does soda blasting in your area. It's like sand blasting but the media is baking soda. It's often used to remove ablative paint from boats.

I had a guy test a bumper for me that does soda blasting
I think he was in Eustis. part he did turned out ok but for what he wanted to do 4
I could almost buy new ones.I see some new spray bomb strippers that claim they work
on plastic bumpers but I dont want to be the one to experiment here. Input from those that have will help.

Long shot but if you search for some other soda blasters, if you're flexible with your time, maybe you can find one who will strip your bumper(s) when they're already on another job. In other words, you show up with your bumpers at the boat yard while he's stripping the bottom of a boat. Since he's already setup for a large job, perhaps they will cut you a deal to do your bumpers on the side, so to speak.

Post in the Florida subforum of TheHullTruth (boating forum) requesting recommendations for soda blasters in your area.

If you're going to do more, Sam's and Costco sell large bags of baking soda.
