GAINESVILLE PEOPLE, help me out
my little sister has a stupid 99 eclipse and is a student there at UF. her car is having some issues. probably a plug and wire change. it is stumbling and now has a SES light. i bet maybe an O2 sensor. who in gainesville can be trusted not to rip her off? please let me know. thanks fellas!

I used to have a couple turbo talons in the 90's. I don't know the Gainsvll area but could be a wire problem. My first 90 Talon the wires went in the heat of the summer with almost 80k miles. It ran well when cold.(start)
If you have a multimeter check them. If not prob a sensor. G/L.!

Try Conkling Automotive at 352-377-0568. They do mostly imports. You might also try Jerry Bush Auto Repair at 352-378-4525 and ask for Sparky.

My lil sis has the same year eclipse and had the same problem a couple months back. It ended up being a couple burnt wires. I don't know much about DSMs either, could be different tho if it is a DOHC or SOHC engine.
