Door Slammer Shootout at Lakeland Dragstrip
This race is tonight May 6, some very fast door slammers to be run with the regular Pro/S Pro and brackets. There will be several of us LS1Tech guys running brackets, should be some good racing. Qualifying starts at 4pm.

Lots of fast cars last night the final in the doorslammer class was a car that had run 4.52 @160 in the semis against a 4.79 car and the slower car treed the faster car. Got home at 3am

The reason reaction time still is king, whether heads-up or bracket racing.
4.52 at 160 mph in the 1/8 is cooking!

I was cutting some good lights other then my .370 red in qaulifying. I cut .526 then .520 but 3rd round was my .582 to his .562 and I broke out 7.42 on a 7.45 dial. Theres always next week.
