Door Slammer Shootout at Lakeland Dragstrip This race is tonight May 6, some very fast door slammers to be run with the regular Pro/S Pro and brackets. There will be several of us LS1Tech guys running brackets, should be some good racing. Qualifying starts at 4pm.

I dont think we are showing some of us are meeting up in Lakeland for a meet.. You should call and see if we are still out when your done kickin butt at LMSP...

Lots of fast cars last night the final in the doorslammer class was a car that had run 4.52 @160 in the semis against a 4.79 car and the slower car treed the faster car. Got home at 3am

The reason reaction time still is king, whether heads-up or bracket racing.
4.52 at 160 mph in the 1/8 is cooking!

I was cutting some good lights other then my .370 red in qaulifying. I cut .526 then .520 but 3rd round was my .582 to his .562 and I broke out 7.42 on a 7.45 dial.
Theres always next week.
