My dad's friend wants to surprise her husband by making the car come back to life. It has been sitting in the garage for who knows how long. It's a 1983 camaro z28. Any shops in Central Florida who will make the car run again? And if so for how much more or less. Supposedly the engine ran the last time it was started, but probably will need a fresh tune up and some other parts if necessary.
