Well, I uncovered the CETA, pulled it out of the garage, and and went on a final cruise tonite. The car is awesome, turns many heads, but is time to sell. I will post an ad on ebay and traderonline this weekend.

CETA (Collector Edition Trans Am) WS6 Build #2105, CONVERTIBLE - 9,730 miles, 6-speed, traction control, 12 disc changer, (all avail options) original floormats, and trophy mat. Car has NEVER seen rain, always garage kept with cover, is 100% STOCK - ZERO MODS. Original tires with over 90% tread. Car is perfect in every way and won 2nd place in its first and only pontiac car show. You will not find a scratch, dent, or imperfection.

Why am I selling this mint car? I have driven it 6 times since January. Once was to Old Town for the annual Carl Black Pontiac show (won second place) out of all 4th gens. Sometimes I go a month without driving it and when I do, it is to the grocery store or somewhere close.

Price: $26k FIRM. Based on what they are selling on ebay, and what they are selling on www.ultimateridesonline.com it is a great deal for someone who wants a RARE WS6 VERT that is unmolested. Think about it, they made thousands of red, blue, black, ect.. WS6's every single year, but they only has one run of the yellow ones (the final run).

Nice car but remember they arent making them anymore you may be sorry you let it go.Especially for a mundane SUV.
I drive my 97 droptop just about as much this year as you have.Do you think youll ever go out to the garage to just look at or sit in your Hummer?

I know what you mean, BUT I need to just have one vehicle. I own a Chevy HHR that I use for work, and in two years have put 17k miles on it. I also use the HHR to take my 14' sea doo on the lakes and I have it set up to flat tow behind my 45' Diesel Motorhome. It just makes no sense to pay for insurance and look it at the CETA occasionally under the cover in the garage.

I figure to sell or trade both the HHR and CETA and get one vehicle (jeep). H2 is out as wife said no f-ing way I think I priced the CETA right, but if it doesnt sell, I will just trade it in to the Jeep dealer or sell outright to carmax.

Well, took it to the winter haven Jeep dealer yesterday. The best they would give me on a trade or buy outright is $21,800. They also offered me $500 below invoice on a new 4x4 sahara ($25,800). They said I would be getting the sales tax savings of $1,300 which means I am really getting $23,100 out of the T/A. So I would have to give them my CETA plus $4k. I also have my loaded HHR that I have to sell that has 17k miles on it. I will probably trade that one too, and want $13k out of it. They said they would do that too, so I would get the Jeep plus $9k for both of my cars.

Anyone know someone in Jeep sales anywhere in the central florida area?? Please PM me. I really need to get rid of my CETA but no one seems to know what the hell they are and are giving me less than black book on a trade!! Hell I have seen WS6's on here with 30k miles go for $20k and mine is a VERT six speed with 9k miles, and a special edition anniversary car!!! Thanks for your help in advance.

Thanks for your help, as long as its not someone named Carlos, as he buys the cars very cheap and then resells for $10k profits. Mine probably needs to go to someone who will keep and use it. Dealers see this car and offer black book and then sell retail because of how special it is.
