8/26 Sunday Hooters Meet Got a week to plan for it.
This week we are trying a few new things
It's still gonna be from 5Pm - 10Pm
It's still gonna be at the Pompano Beach Hooters
But this week we are gonna start with the Hooters Girl Choice Award.
As it goes, you can only win once a month per car. So if you have 2 or more cars, bring a different one every week and you have more of a chance to win.
Winner gets a $30 Gift Card to Hooters and front row parking for the next weekend event at Hooters.
You'll also get a few photos taken of yor car with a hooters girl, which will be hung at the Hooters Restaurant for the week.
Also, we are gonna try and push for more exotics to come out. So if you know anyone that has some high end cars, please let tem know about this meet. To more you talk, the bigger this meet gets.
So a quick run down.

US Hwy 1 just North of Copans Rd.
5pm - 10pm
EVERY SUNDAY

No and Im working on the cadillac forum now trying to put something together for a major meet. I am trying to make it somewhere in the middle of the state (sebring). I don't know if im going to out a thread here to see if any will come. What are your thoughts John?

Well, I know this isn't as central as Sebring. But you guys are more than welcome to come out to Hooters. That would be awesome if everyone came out.
But, if you are still trying for a central florida type meet. I'd go a little further north. Orlando is much easier for everyone. Sebring just takes too long to get to unless you're close to it to begin with. I go there to work every once in awhile. I'm a paramedic and we do stand by's there all the time. It takes forever to get there.

27 is a rough and dangerous road. I work as a paramedic full time in the city of Belle Glade and US 27 is in our zone from the Broward County Line up to the Hendry County Line. Thats miles and miles of deadly road. We do not go a shift without a motor vehicle crash on that road. Sure some might be minor, but too many are wicked. I want to say in Palm beach county alone there is 20 something deaths on US 27 alone. It's just an old rough road w/ a lot of long distance truckers.
Best way to get there takes about an hour longer from any direction. all major roads meet at SR 70 which its off of.
There really is no good central spot in florida. You just gotta figure out where most of the members are and lean towards their side.
