Ran to the auto store at lunchtime today to pick-up a couple of bulbs for the trip to Alabama tomorrow. While i'm in the store, this happens!!!!

Sorry to see this Sarah ... only happens to the good folks, it seems. Laurie and me are coming up to Gainesville soon to race, so, we'll meet up and it will be all fixed up by then. Hope things are good for you.

I took it for an estimate at their 'Approved' repair shop, the quote was $1313 to repair the damage and paint the area. So from there, I went round to Maako where I used to work and got a quote of $1500 for the repairs and full respray including the new Ram-Air hood if I install it. Also, the price includes using pearl clear to give it the 'shift' look (green to blue).

So at least something good may come out of this after all.
Give us a shout Jeb when you decide to come up this way, we'll join you at Gainesville. Don't think the car will be ready to run the track, but we'll come watch you anyways.
