rooms for rent 3/2 house in Orlando I currently live in a 3/2 house in Orlando off of Avalon Park near 50. 1 room is available now and 2 rooms will be available in a month or so. Rent is $450 plus utilities which ranges from $150 to $450 for the whole house (rent is equally divided up). House is only a few years old and also has a 2 car garage. We can rent out as many rooms as are needed.
