Default Throttle body sizes side by side..

Stock on the left, the 90 in the middle & our latest, the 105 on the right....keep pets & small animals away. I'll post pics of the 110 & 115 soon.

Is there enough material on the fast intake to port match to the 105mm ??

No. The largest we have opened up the FAST is the 95 (Ron at Vengence opens them as far as 100) but you can open the 92 FAST to 95 & still retain the O-ring.

The 105 & up should be used with the Beck sheetmetal intakes as they were designed specifically for the 105-115mm RevXtreme throttle bodies and have shown the best results. And the tune for the 100 & above needs to be a speed density tune.

Beck makes this manifold to match our 105,110 & 115mm TB's.
