Interest in LS1Tech Florida Members Race/Meet November 15th, 2008? I wanted to try to get another LS1tech meet together at GAINESVILLE RACEWAY like the one that occured Feburary 16th, 2008.
This one will be on NOVEMBER 15th, 2008. Gates open at 10:00AM racing at 11:00AM. I wanted to start getting together people early. My goal is to have around 50-80 people show up, some Florida sponsors and make this an event. So what do yall say? Anyone want to RSVP to meet up?
Also PLANNED (Plans dont always work out)
Our own lane
Bracket race
Gambler's Class - $10 Dollar entry class with all money going to the winner. Pre-Registration requried. Registration will open up when I confirm our own lane. Certificates going to the winner and Runner-up
Free For All class - A Free entry class. Standard bracket racing format. Run until we have a winner. Certificates to the winner and Runner-up
Car show
Best in show certificate
Best Engineered certificate
Group cruise
Cruise to the Gainesville Ale House. Eat and share stories
Just the start check back later and frequently!

Yes this is a test and tune but Im going to arrange for a completely optional bracket race to be run (Dependent on how many people are interested)
The winner will get a Certificate or Trophy and possibly some gift certificates. Its completely optional and for fun and open to all who attend the meet. IF there is enough interest I may get a fund together via a 10 dollar entry fee with 100% going to the winner. Just throwing some stuff around at this point

i really like this idea. if it can get some more interest and get dates confirmed with the track (i dont know what has been confirmed) i will sticky this and you guys can plan it all out.

I have to have enough CONFIRMED drivers to go to Don with the idea...LOL...kind the old adage (Sp?) you have to have money to make money...
