That is some funny ****. I think you could get a brand new 08 Silverado for that price. 
Its sad in different ways that people try to sell their financed cars for what they owe as opposed to what they're worth.

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he probably doesn't understand decimal points. I'm hoping he meant $3k. Otherwise, I've got some snake oil I want him to sell for me.
