Default Help! need a set of lifters fast

Anybody know anyone in FL. who would have a set of upgraded lifters for a 2000 z w/ a TSP Torquer v2 and Patriot dual golds (ls7, comp, cts-v, etc.). Everyone that I know to order them from is across the country and they wouldnt be here until the end of next week! Even someone anywhere in the southeast that would have a good price on them would be great. I'm in Melbourne and would drive a bit to get some if I could find them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the help guys. I broke down today and paid the $53 extra to have a set overnighted from TSP. My business is in the same parking lot as the local Cadillac dealer and they wanted $55 EACH for them! I'm trying to get it back up and running by thursday to run friday night, so I didnt want to wait anymore. Thanks again for the suggestions, Chris

Murphy Caddy?

Did you try and Talk to Dan at Lane? He quoted me some lifters a while back and I don't think they were that high..

No, I tried Murphy and Melbourne Chevrolet (or whatever the name of it is this week). They were both the same price. I may try him for a set of head bolts, though.

I mean is your buliding in the Murphy plaza, there old used car building?

I work at Holmes Regional right around the corner..

I got a head kit from Dan at Lane for right around $100

Granted he cuts me a break

It was cheaper then just ordering head bolts only. It came with head bolts, head, intake and exhaust gaskets, and some other seals and stuff..

Yeah, that's us! Coastal Kitchens. I'll have to keep my eyes open for you. I have a 2000 NBM z28 conv with a tan top, an SS hood, and z06 wheels. I am going to call Dan right now because if he can even get close to that, it's cheaper than just the head bolts! Thanks again

My car is down too. I hope to have it running again by this weekend to take to the track. A friend of mine is coming down from GA with his 315 DR's so we can see what she'll do. Stop by sometime if you feel like it, Chris
