Default LT1 Forged shortblock -compression ratio?

I'm buying a lt1 shortblock next week for my 94 z28. The parts are je pistons -23 dish, eagle forged rods, eagle forged crank, 4 bolt mains, lt4 hotcam - I plan on using on the stock lt1 aluminum heads. What would be my compression ratio with those pistons and the stock lt1 non ported heads. Also how much rwhp should I make on 15psi-20psi. I'm making 400/408at 7psi on the stock engine right now.
