Default Congrats on the LSX Drag Radial win Worm and LMR!

Sounds like all that ribbing you took about never running radials and running light that you did your homework and kicked butt. Looks like it was a close field but you ran the numbers every round. Good job to all the other racers on here also and i hope Paul gets his car fixed soon.

im not too suprised they won. it was the car to beat all weekend. i watched it go a 7.6 on thursday and i knew it was game on that car really responded well to wearing a radial.

Yeah the 7.6 they laid down in qualifying showed they had the car working. But Kempf and Major both ran super strong there was a half a tenth difference probably in everyone's best run that weekend.

So was there a mass boycot of the race by the heavy hitter LSx nitrous cars???? I remember there being an uproar about it when they made the tire change rule but was wondering if any n2o cars even showed....

Congrats wormie and crew... that car is working..... shame it has to go back overseas

Guys did a great job winning. I heard they had a head gasket problem and ran without water in the finals, were they on a 4 or 6 bolt block?

Wormy has a 6 bolt LSX setup.

There were two nitrous cars, the RPM Camaro and the LMR Formula (Pain's car). There were 3-4 other cars that did not show up, though one of them is a local friend and he was clear two weeks ago he was staying local for a race series he's been doing all year (went 8.26 at that deal too).

They did a great job all weekend running consistent fast passes. Steven and Josh made it look easy, congrats guys. I left after the semi-final because I seen the water leak and figured the final would be one sided, DOH. Josh said "I will run this bitch without water if I need to", and I could tell he was determined to win. It was a perfect weekend of weather and racing, thanks for the entertainment to all who ran.
