Default Which Roller Rockers to use with Boost?

I have a stroker with a DISC and am thinking on upgrading the rockers. Which is the ones everyone prefers. I just want to have some more insurance.

This greatly depends on the cam specs and max RPM you will spin the motor. In general stock rockers are fine for most applications.

I just took off a set of YT ultralights and put the stockers back on, most definately had a little valve float above 7000rpm. Thats with the 8019 AFR springs and an XE lobe .600 lift cam @ 17psi.

Some claim that the stockers are tough on valve guides so it depends on mileage I suppose, The YTs are nice rockers, but I dont put many miles on so valve float is a bigger issue than valve guide life for me.

So are you saying just leave the stockers on. It is not a dailer driver and the cam is a blower specific cam I see alot of people on here using. I believe the RPM limit is set @ 6400.
Thanks
DG

Its up to you, at 6400rpm I doubt you will have any valve float issues, it then turns into a reliability thing with the guide wear. Either way it isnt huge money for aftermarket rockers and at least you pick up a few HP plus not having to worry about the stock rockers falling apart.
