Default new turbo build?

I'm starting to put together a decent turbo build.I have a nicely built 402 and a 4l80e.My plan is to use an s480 with a 1.32a/r exhaust housing.I'm hoping to make somewhere in the neighborhood of 800rwhp with meth.My problem is I'm finding out through searches, that the '98 pcm will not work for this.Meaning Ill be limited to 14.7 psi, which might not get me to my goal. And I figure while the car is apart,I should do something about the pcm.My options are limited to,the very expensive bs3,'98 to '99 pcm swap,or maft pro. This is my first turbo build so spending $2500 for the bs3 is out.I'd rather put the money somewhere else for now.

The '98 to '99 swap seems to be the most cost effective way to help my problem.I want to do most of the work on my car,but this sounds confusing.How/where do I find out where I'm supposed place the wires in the harness for a '99 +pcm?
