I can't imagine that you would have to see the intercooler. How long ago did you order the kit? Bob

yea bc i called around and some tuner shops out here in california told me that setup would'nt last long but ive been researching and most people run it.that it just depends on tune . and my goals for the car is just as a street car and everyone has told me the kit is 500rw 550 rwhp
but im sure its less .the shop s out here that are popular are synergy ,newtech but one of them was the one that told me the 8# wouldnt last i just dont know which tuner to trust ?

We typically set up boosted stock engines for 8 psi of boost. With good fuel and a good tune you should not expect to have any problems. If you are limited to 91 octane than I would add a methanol injection kit, and use 100% methanol. VP sells methanol in 5 Gal containers, and 5 gallons should last a you for you. Bob
