Default should I upgrade my fuel system

I'm running up to 8psi with the M15 jet installed in my meth system. Should I install larger injectors and possibly a Boost-a-Pump or 255? Any recommendations?

would'nt hurt to upgrade. are your injectors maxed out now?
and are they stock? #42's or #45's should be okay with stock fuel
sytem and meet your needs...if you upgrade /add pump, maybe 60's
if you decide to turn up the boost in the future past 8psi...

Everything is 100% stock. I don't know if the injectors are maxed out or not. It still pulls great on top end, and there is noticable "smoke" on the dyno at top end.

after reading your sig...
seems your about 470/500 rwhp at 8psi
and stock injectors arent gonna cut it.
i would upgrade asap and don't hammer the car untill
you get your fuel/tune right.

Eeesh man, what injectors are you running, 24lb or 28's? That is entirely not enough fuel to even come close to supporting the kind of boost you're blowing into it. WTH does your AFR look like?! Poor things are 100% duty cycle trying to keep up, you'd have to run like 120psi fuel pressure to get those things to pump enough fuel to support the power level you're at.

yes...45's with a stock fuel system should be okay.
you are going to need to get all your ve tables
correct. anyone in the Arnett area that specializes in FI?
you will need a GOOD tune with that psi. (8 lbs.)
also, a boost a pump may be needed, but let the tuner
decide once he gets the laptop plugged in.
8psi on a bone stock fuel system is gonna pop your motor.
(with out a tune)

There is a guy over in Ky that I hear does good work. I believe he goes by "Bluecat". I have a tune that came from Nelson Performance before STS went with the Predator Programmer.

I suggest 42 injectors and a 255 lph pump. Then a quality tune and you should be good. Your stock fuel pressure should be good, since the 42s will actually be acting as about 48s at your stock pressure.

SVO 42lbers (green tops) should take you between 500-550rwhp with the duty around 85% depending on how much boost you are running.
