1. you can't fit a turbo that big without redoing the piping. If you can do this; do the whole thing, you won't need the kit.
2. it's designed for stock cubes

Thanks.

LOL yep as much as this thing comes up per week...err daily i'll let this one and others slide if there are no links posted.

Yes I do agree that there are other threads in which this kit is discussed in detail but if not kept at the top then what can you do? There are tons of threads for Prochargers, a few for vortechs and tons of others for other stuff and we allow people to post new threads with questions on those even though its most likely been covered...keeps the board moving and stuff fresh.

SO you want to talk about the flea bay stuff do it without any links.

Ebay OR even PTK guys help these new guys out.

IT WOULD HELP if those guys who have purchased these kits would chime in from time to time to answer the newb's questions though.

Why do u discriminate , is it becouse its not bought through the sponsor ? Thats some crap. But what u people dont think of is that we buy other stuff with them. If the parts where priced at a decient price It would be ok ,But for 4 GRAND for piping that is some crap.I could build it for the fraction of that .

ill chime in for you frcefed =)

The kit isnt designed for a T6. With my T4 T70 turbo, the down pipe is basically almost touching the side of the engine bay. I had to loosen one of the bolts for the swaybar bracket once I installed the new spohn kmember/solid mounts.

The kit is worth it, if you are into having to fab your own cold side, and do a few tweaks to make it work.

Buying a completed kit from a vendor is a lot easier then going to ebay route. Only go the ebay route if you are ok with your car being down for a few weeks. You will have to run back and forth to autozone for little things.

You need to back off a little.

The MODS already said its ok to talk about this as long as there arent links.

I had to cut the bolt for the sway bar flush to allow enough room. Good luck with a bigger turbo. They utilize a 3" downpipe, so keep that in mind when you are searching for a turbo. The kit is fine. I had to elongate the bolt holes on the headers.

This sight wouldn't be here for you to post on if it wasn't for the sponsors.

Exactly..... its the links were talking about.. not the kit..

The $4 grand for piping is crap huh..... well you answered your own question and problem in your own post...............

Then build it yourself.......

A custom kit and thats what you will need to fit a T6 flanged turbo big enough to support a 400+ cube motor is going to cost some $$$$

$4k is way cheap....... you couldnt even buy half my kit for that............

Look at what it costs now to Procharge a car.....

This si how these threads get off course and locked...............

Jer, You know what i mean.... damn u ... u know i love the damn thing....

That's ridiculous dude. Build it yourself if you think someone else's engineering, research and development time is worth nothing. You'll see why many pay the $ up front to avoid the hassle of problems. They've been tried and true and they work. The ebay kit is a great start, paperweight the turbo, get a better one, use the piping, get a better wastegate, and blow off valve, and call it a day. Oh, and use the search function. Stop criticizing the mods, they're doing their job and are well within their limitations to govern this type of thread.

A T70 is the largest turbo you can fit on it? What about a TC 76?
