I'm getting pretty close to almost having 1000 miles on the setup and the more i've been driving it the more the car seems to be getting quieter. Is it in my head or do turbo car's get quieter with more buildup (carbon) over time?

i know that's right! about 55 today!! but really is it carbon or anything? just sounds more quieter now than when i first started back in 0 miles

If you are getting CARBON buildup in your turbo, then you are

i know i know!! it's just getting pretty bad that i'm peelin out on the freeway and runnin low on threads and it isnt even a monster!!

the turbo though, is starting to make that spool up sound louder now, but like the down pipe sound putting around town has gotten lower?!
