Default Turbo help!!!!!

Hey guys i have 3 questions i really really need help on 1) what is the benifits of meth injection, 2) what are the best heads for boost 3) how much is a safe amount of boost to run on stock bottom end.

1) Cooler iat, and raises oct. 2) 6 bolt heads! 3) 8-12psi with a good tune

1) Never used it. It does lower IAT's as stated above.
2) On a stock shortblock 6 bolt heads are out. Use a set of LQ9 6.0L heads if its a budget deal. Aftermarket heads with thick deck are a nice upgrade is the $$$ is available.
3)8-12lbs with a Intercooler. Some will go higher. Its a balancing act over 12lbs.

They flow good, but have smaller chambers and will raise compression.

317 heads will do just fine, I run meth and love it keeps everything clean on top. I run out the box patriot heads stg 3.

dumb question what exactly are 317 heads and all that good stuff i mean i know what afr's and darts are 5.3s and ls6

+1 317 are good to lower your CR, i am sticking with the stock heads for now though.

I understand that they are a ls6 style head with 72 cc chambers that come on he 6.0 trucks. I dont know flow numbers and all that for them. But a stock set wont set u back much.
