Default wanting a turbo or two for my colorado

New to the turbo scene. I have a 08 colorado with an iron 6.0(.030 over) , Wiseco forged flatops w/l92 relief , WCCH cnc l92 heads milled .045 , l76 intake,ls2 tb, 226/232 .609/.604 113 lsa, 1 3/4 longtubes,t-56 . The compression is around 10.2:1. It would have to be a rear mount set up . Which would be better single or twin? what size? how much boost? It has plenty of room for a rear twin set up. I want it dependable, nothing over the top .

I stopped for a minute while your truck was on the dyno at memphis. What was the final dyno numbers? That truck is awesome, really caught my eye.

As much as I can get safely and still be a daily driver. 650rwhp would be about all the truck could handle on the street. I would imagine a single would be cheaper and easier too. The turbo would just mount where the muffler is now. I would like a price on a complete kit minus the pipe and couplings to give me an idea .

You might want to do some measuring first to see how much room you have to work with.
From the looks of your engine bay you ain't got a lot of room.

I would think he has enough room to snake a pipe from an intercooler to the throttle body.

No worse then a GTO, a front mount could work under the hood. we have explored the idea, just didn't want to fund a 1000hp Colorado lol.

I have plenty of room under the hood but I'm going to put it under the truck where the muffler is. That way I don't change the look under the hood and the turbo is hidden.

I would change the heads first. A single would do u just fine. Its just a matter of finding the right size and how big of pipe u can fit. The headers will hurt the spool but in any case if you plan it right it souhld be a bad *** truck. Oh will a KB fit in there that would be serious.
