Default Wastegate spring... maxxing out at 13psi!?!?

Well it has been a while since I had the car to teh track, but last time we were out the car didn't make any more boost than 13 psi even when we cranked it up to 15psi. We are running 50mm JGS WGs with 7psi springs. Are we already out of spring psi!? I have the other springs and plan on swapping them out, pain in the butt though. I'm just curious, because I was thinking 16-17psi on these springs shouldn't be a problem. We are estimating that at 13psi the car is making somewhere between 1000 and 1100rwhp going off of the 1/8 mph. We are out of gear in the 1/4 so it's kinda hard to use that to judge.

So do you think the springs are already maxed out at about 1k rwhp and 13psi or is there something else I need to look for!? We are using the boost controller built into Big Stuff 3.

Just spokewith Jose at FI... Always a huge help. I have a few things he told me to try. I will try them tomorrow night when I hit the track. Hopefully if things go right we can get 18psi out of the car with the current spring setup.

I don't really imagine your setup has a lot of backpressure but I have seen .6bar springs blow open at 10psi. Just my experience...
