Default h/c for supercharger set up

ok i understand that for a turbo set up a cam with a bigger exhaust duration would be best because the exhaust drives the turbo bla bla bla but i am wanting to do a root style super charger or a procharger, im wondering what kind of heads and cam set up is best with this? I would want bigger combustion chambers to reduce the compression ratio right? but what about cam does it matter what size i get?

You want more lift and duration on the exhaust for any forced induction application. You don't have to worry about getting air in anymore but getting it out is the key. Keep the duration small 22x to low 23x, and the lsa 114 to 117. Heads get something with 72cc combustion chambers.
