Default 383 on 22 LBS of boost

hey there are alot of chevy camaro 383's on ebay for like between 5&6 grand puttin out 520hp i wrote the dude and he said it could take 22Lbs of boost

there under
chevy small block 383 camaro

its got fully built internals

yall think this sounds straight or what?

Is it 22psi of boost on a k03 or a 106mm? This is a generic answer and really holds no weight. Go to a reputable engine builder, there are plenty around these parts.

a 383 will have some head lifting issues on 22 psi.

no...
you need a switched on engine builder to to that

we actually run 32+ psi in my ttsbc 358 cube deal
cost more than 5-6 G's to get it to stay together..

I say buy the e-bay 383 and turbo kit and save some bucks big time!!!!
