Default Timing question

Since I lowered the compression on my turbo set up, wondering if timing could be added to low rpm area non boost region..for me under 2500rpms. I'm trying to get back a some off the line power back. Your thoughts?

I can't see any reason not to run near stock timing pre boost. There are quite a few theories on this stuff. Some say low timing can help spool up. But more timing helps torque and off boost feel. I guess maybe just experiment a bit. Watch your scanner for knock of course and make sure you don't have too much timing when it goes into boost.Think you can also run a bit more up top in the rpms.
