Default car missing & rough idle after after turbo install

after my turbo kit was installed my car has a rough idle and seems to be missing.... my tuner said everything with the tune is good, nothing wrong there... the SES light blinks sometimes when im stopped for awhile and after I'm driving down the road awhile it will go off.. Im thinking maybe its the spark plugs... but what else should I look at??

SES light flashing =missfiring. Pull the codes. Most likely its just plugs and wires

Who was the tuner? If all what you say is true, I would not take the car back tot he person. Definitely get the car scanned and get the codes thrown.

check for exhaust leaks before the O2 sensors. I just went through this with my twin turbo car. The exhaust manifolds bolts were extremely loose and my all of my plugs were completely fouled out. I was getting a random misfire code p0300 and a p0174 code.

yeah if you have any exhaust leaks or a bad o2 could be the blame. i would check the spark plug wires and a new set of plugs couldnt hurt. Also you dont have any oil residue on you maf (if you are running one) do you. oil on the maf plays havoc with the computer.

I bet its as simple as a loose spark plug wire.

My car idled like **** right after my blower install and I finally got burned on reusenig the intake manifold gaskets. Replaced them and every thing was good. Don't rule out any thing said above, but just one more thing to check. My ses was on but not flashing.

I took it to autozone to have the codes read... and it wasn't throwing any.. i checked the plugs and they're fine... so im stumped.. it only comes on when I'm stopped and it just flashes... and it doesn't come on everytime i stop.. i had parked and waited till the light started flashing before i had him come out and test it but he shut it off ...
