Default Turbo + M6 + 325 M/Ts

How well do 325/50/15s work on the street mainly from rolls and launching at the track?

The reason I ask is because I was coming home from the track last Sunday and was trying to get my boost back to 12 psi. So I turned it up and put the car in 3rd. I am doing about 65 and get on it watching the gauge. When I hit about 80 it went to 15#s and spun the tires. It kinda scared me, I am only running 275/40/17 MT right now.

I could roast the 275 m/t dr's from about any roll. When I was 6spd, I could hook 1st at any roll with the 325's, and that would be brake spooling to about 11-12lb. I love mine, they're just no fun when I get caught in the rain.

I never drive the car in the rain and always watch the weather. Thanks for the input, anymore from someone else? I am going to wrap them around a set of these.

I loved the MT 325/50/15's on the street and track. I could break them loose if I wanted to. I could also dead hook them when I needed too.

M/T's are not good for the street. i know it sounds crazy but a nitto works 10x better on the street. M/t's are better only on the track

Nitto's are worthless, unless you just want a better than average street tire. They won't hold power.

These are the new RT Series. They are call Weldstars. There are 6 style of the RT series and they fit are cars with very little grinding. They will cost you the same as Bogarts ($1600ish) for a set but are stronger and streetable. They just released them in December. Summit and Jegs has them on back order for like 3 weeks.

At 345hp they should. Doing it at over twice that much HP is what they are looking at.

I have been running the 325/50/15s for a little bit. Car made 683rwhp. Its a procharged car. It hooks up damn good on the street. Spins just a little in first on a roll. At the track I was dumping at about 5500-6k and I got sideways pretty bad. They are pretty worn out now. The middle grooves almost cant be seen anymore. They are def. a good street tire.
