belt drive and balancer for D1sc needed

I have a d1sc and all i have as far as mounting it is the j bracket. Stock motor so just need something to get it running if anyone has a setup i can us let me know no rush and i need a balancer.

good luck finding the damper used. blancoss has them new for 400
