BOV springs are not rated buy how much boost you want to run, they are rated for how much vacuum your motor pulls at idle. Take your idle Vac in Hg and cut it in half (hg/2=psi) and that's about what psi spring you should need in your blow off, so it keeps it shut during idle but lets it pop open during decell.

mine came from STS with an 11 psi spring in it and it seems to work great...ive had the kit on the car now for a little over 2 yrs and have nad no problems with it yet.....
