+1 on global tech. I got 3" and 4" aluminum mandrel bends from them, best prices I found.

I got my pipes from the local semi store in my area. The mandrel bent 4 inch pipe 90* where like 20 bucks each. The flex pipe material was right around the same price.I thought that would help you out if the other place did not work out.

I just ran across Columbia river mandrel bending. Global doesnt have 180 bends

i got mine from jegs.. just do a search for "mandrel" and it will come up with all sorts of results then you can narrow it down from there
