Cool Turbonetics TC-76 Downpipe

I guess this is a dumb question but I want to get it right. How does my downpipe mount to the turbo? I was thinking V band but there are hole in the exhaust housing and came with a gasket. Just not sure how I hook it up.

thats a on center exhaust housing...not what soemone would typically want unless they are going for a symmetrical look or have space constraints.

If you just got it and you are building a car around it you may want to exchange for a tangential exhaust housing. If you cant easily get rid of it then you can run it, depending on your goals it may work fine. Many places sell a 1/2 thick 4 bolt flange for that outlet.

Well sell the donut flange for that turbo if you need it. That is the exhaust housing used on the old QMP and TTI street kits. They require on-center housings.

I was only going to run this turbo for a season. Is it worth changing it up? Will i notice a big difference? I am only going to run 550-600whp.

may pay to get a tang housing for it now, if you plan on turbo swaps in the future as you will be making your manifold to suit and it will give you less turbo options down the track.
