Default procharged 346

what are your recommendations on the valves on a stock set of 317 heads

do i need to change them,or will i be fine just changing seals and springs

also what about my cam 248/254/116lsa little over 600 lift

what do you guys recommend i will be throwing some 317 heads on my forged 346 ls1 and ultimately shooting for about 16psi on a d1sc

will the stock valves be fine
and is that cam too much duration or will it be allright on a supercharger

Valves will be fine. Cam is big but should work well with the 116lsa. Don't know if the 317s alone will lower cr enough for 16psi on pump at least without a methanol kit. Go for it. You'll be fine. I'm guessing you're referring to a D1sc.

from the charts it looks like ill have a 73 cc chamber on a stock bore so it should be right around 9.0 to 1, i plan on a meth kit
what do you guys think, from what ive seen it looks like ill be ok

also i have a 4000 n2o stall,is the converter going to be good
i know my setup wont be optimal but i want to know will it work and be a decent setup, doesnt have to be perfect if it saves me some money and is still plenty driveable/tunable

I think the cam choice is quite a bit high on the duration...

id run something like a 224/230 for a mild setup and 23x/23x for a more agressive setup. no need for that much camshaft

All the money on everything else, camshaft is one part you will want to have right.

half-assed, half-fast
